House rules
When entering the club the client is obligated to act according to the club’s house rules, which are mantatory to all visitors and are applied to guarantee their security and wellbeing.
1. The club’s age limit is 18+ and the club reserves the right to check it’s visitors’ ID’s. The club does allow younger visitors in the club occasionally. To enter the club the client must purchase a ticket on the door. The club’s security reserves the right to deny access without explaining the reasons.
2. The client is forbidden to enter the club with the following items:
2.1 Foods and beverages.
2.2 Weapons or items that are potentially harmful for the club’s visitors or employees including ammunition or explosive, highly flammable, poisonous and radioactive materials.
3. The client is expected to sustain a friendly and respectable behaviour towards other clients and the club’s employees. Failing to do that gives the club’s employees the right to exit the person in question from the club.
4. The client who damages the club’s property is obligated to compensate for the damages in the full amount based on the current market value.
5. The club takes no responsibility for items left unattended at the club. When entering the club the client is handed a number for the items left in the coatroom. All items will be returned when presenting the number at the coatroom. In case of a lost number the client is obligated to pay a penalty fee of 100 EEK.
6. The club takes no responsibility for any valuables or cash left in the coatroom.
7. The client has the right to present his or her complaints to the managing employee of the club who’s decisions are final and to be followed. The managing employee will make the decisions based on the house rules and other clients’ safety and wellbeing.
8. By purchasing a ticket and entering the club the client agrees to follow all the club’s house rules described above.
9. I case of infringement of the club’s house rules by the client and consequently being exited from the club the client has no right to claim for a refund for the purchased ticket.
